PHILADELPHIA — Between Games 3 and 4 Doug Collins came out and posited that the Celtics had seen Derrick Rose’s injury derail the top-seeded Chicago Bulls and Chris Bosh’s groin injury threaten the No. 2 seed Miami Heat’s title hopes, and considered that motivation to kick open the door to their title hopes and kick the 76ers’ derrieres.
