The Eagles won a Super Bowl, paid their franchise QB a crazy extension, accidentally nuked the team, then found ANOTHER franchise QB and are back to the Super Bowl within 5 years

They also have two first round picks this year

Yeah, he wasn't winning the numbers game, with the increased bullpen depth. They may be able to trade him for farm filler. Otherwise he'll have a chance to latch on elsewhere before spring training. I think the writing's also on the wall for Nelson, though he has options and can be stashed at Triple-A

-- Purdy plays whole game
-- Josh Johnson fumble doesn't happen

Eagles win 20-10 or something like that.

Looking back, the oddsmakers were way off on this game. SF too banged up and too lacking weapons.

There's no way Mahomes should have lost to the Bengals last year, nor to Tampa the year before. He doesn't have all the weapons he once did.

If it's Eagles-Chiefs, winning team will need 35+ points. Both are capable.
As to the dinking/dunking, Eagles will need to control clock with their run game whenever possible (if not trailing). Limit Mahomes Time of Possession.
