I wouldn't mind drafting Carson Strong as a project in the 4th round if he is there should Hurts crap the bed next year.

Mariota would be a solid backup. Even Cam Newton but I think that ship has sailed.

If Philly would have maintained a draft pick within the first 10 picks, I think they would have targeted a QB.
