Re: The Glenn is Fired 2023 Sixers Offseason Thread

If it wasn’t a Philly sports team I would think it would not be possible to have this many morons running one franchise. But this is Philly after all.

I would have to agree with you. Get Daryl the hell out of here at all costs so he can’t completely destroy the rest of Joel’s career.

Re: The Glenn is Fired 2023 Sixers Offseason Thread

I said don't trade for this asshole. I have never liked Harden. Harden has proven what a piece of shit he is and this isn't a surprise. Who does shit like this, especially standing on a stage in China, making a public pronouncement like this? Harden is the liar. He represents himself as a player wo...

Re: 2023 NBA Free Agency: June 30 - 6pm

In all seriousness, this is sabotage. I don't see how this is any different then how Colangelo dismantled this team by systematically dumping young players, draft picks and squandering cap space. Let’s all please remember that ownership and the decision makers are much smarter than we are as casual...

Re: 2023 NBA Free Agency: June 30 - 6pm

News on Reed: “I’ve been advised to keep an eye on Utah as a team that could furnish an offer sheet to Sixers restricted free agent Paul Reed. Can the Jazz (or any team) an assemble an offer sheet that dissuades Philadelphia from matching? The Sixers are said to be intent on retaining Reed,”. - Mar...

Re: Flyers' 2023 Offseason

100%. I really, really like Ersson. That makes it easier to accept Hart moving. I wonder if they'll ever see that Russian goalie that got sent to prison in Siberia again. That kid had talent. I consider myself to be a pretty informed Flyers fan but I've honestly never heard this story. What is this?

Re: Flyers' 2023 Offseason

Also sounds like from Briere that Provorov might have asked for a change of scenery. Glad he was early to the market to be honest. Chuck Fletcher would have waited till everyone filled out their needs and then taken some nonsense for him or held on to him and it would have gone to shit. I actually ...

Re: The Glenn is Fired 2023 Sixers Offseason Thread

Unfortunately, i think their best option is to run it back with a new coach. it'd be a different story if you could allocate Harden dollars to some FA but not signing Harden doesn't save them much. They'd only be $10MM under the cap. Plus, there isn't a needle moving FA out there. No tradeable asse...

Re: 2023 Eagles Offseason Discussion

Don't recall the specifics, but this reminds me of the 95 draft when they passed on Sapp for Mamula Whether Carter has that potential, I don't know. The concern is, will he learn and mature from his issues ? I have a friend who is desperate for the Eagles to draft Carter at 10. This is my main conc...

Re: 2022-2023 MLB Free Agency: 11/10/22

Yes, I think Stott is absolutely part of the future and they think he can play 2B. He showed progress this year and, also, you can't have $20M guys at every position . I think, as much as anything, I'm excited to see what Stott and Bohm do next year. Agreed. And I'm guessing Turner is going to come...
