I think I would rather have the Russian forward Carolina took with the Flyers' pick, Gleb Trikozov.

This guy is a fucking headcase, very self destructive, been a discipline problem. He's highly combustible and they're mixing him with Tortorella?sentinelhyder wrote: ↑Fri Jul 08, 2022 4:54 pm is this guy they traded for any good. seems like they gave up a draft haul.
They let Carolina take Gleb Trikozov who is the exact size, speed, skill guy they lack on the wing. 6-1, 200lbs, A+ wrist shot who picks corners from distance.

I mean, how about you just keep Ghost and your draft capital, instead? This is such a dumb, backwards, regressive organization that just can't see the asinine mistakes they make. It always winds up costing them more down the line. Let's not even get into his QAnon belief system. Moniak and this clown should be fast friends.

Give up a 1st for shitty Risto, give up a 2nd to get rid of Ghost, extend shitty Risto and then give up a 2nd, 3rd and 4th to get a racist garbage human version of Ghost. Hate this franchise.

Flyers take Devin Kaplan in the 3rd.
They have issues with speed and skill on the wings, right?
[Kaplan’s an offensively-talented winger whose major flaw appears to be his skating and pace of play. We’ve got another if-he-can-just-figure-out-the-skating project on our hands here, folks.]
When will this organization start understanding they must draft gifted skaters with speed?

Alex Bump, LW, in the 5th
This team just loves to draft North Americans.
Not enough Swedes, no Russians.

6th rd pick, Hunter McDonald, D, an American defenseman.
1st 7th rd pick, finally a non-NA player, a talented Fin, Santeria Sulku, LW
2nd 7th rd pick, back to old familiar, a NA, but Canadian, Alexis Gendron. He can play a wing or center. A prolific goal scorer last year, netting 30g in 66 games.
