Maybe we can swap rotten cores with San Diego, another team with no chemistry. Preller (and the Seattle GM) seem to be the only wheel-and-deal types out there, anyway.
If they do a complete overhaul with the goal of bringing in enough talent to win 2023, I think there will be pressure to trade prospects in these deals, too. But, like you said, you can't let fear stop you

They are definitely leaving Gibson out there are long as possible. Save the bullpen for a lost cause

I have zero confidence that Dombrowski can fix itChristopher wrote: ↑Wed Sep 21, 2022 12:06 am Maybe we can swap rotten cores with San Diego, another team with no chemistry. Preller (and the Seattle GM) seem to be the only wheel-and-deal types out there, anyway.

They will just stay in that no-man's land of being in the playoff hunt, but no shot to win even if they get there

It's all very Philly. Similar to the 76ers.
We were spoiled with 2008 Phillies followed by 2018 Eagles.
Can't imagine city is due for anything before 2040

Inexcusable by Bryce
Not that they would have won regardless, but you can't get doubled off
