One of the most remarkable things about this season is the turn around for Alvarado. Dude went from unpitchable to being a lockdown reliever. He could not throw strikes consistently.

I didn't see a 1-0 victory coming today but ok.

This might be one of those moments when putting Bryce leadoff might help get him out of his funk -- if we think it's more mental than physical

It's nice having one more year of team control on Alvarado, before having to decide whether to really pay him
