So far Saints D line winning that battle Miles not seeing the holes that Bost and Jordan have been getting.

Can someone explain an inside handoff out of shotgun right into the dead middle of the best rush defense in the NFL, on 3rd and that distance? How is a RB supposed to avoid early penetration? There's no margin for error.
