Better improve on that by Friday or it will be a quick exit
You were right that Game 1 was our only chance for a win in this series!
Of course, if they had won a single stinking game against the Cubs, this drama would have been moot
If you look back at the season, the biggest win may have been when they hit 2 HRs off of Hader in the 9th, otherwise they finish tied with the Brewers in the season series (I don't know what the 2nd tie breaker is).

So 1st round roster - do you go 13/13 or 12/14

No Gibson,

3 starters
BP - Falter, Jose, Eflin, Robertson, Belatti, Brogdon, Dominguez, Thor, Hand, Nelson - If 9, I would leave off Dominguez

Going to be facing some lefties - 5 men bench

Maton, Stubbs, Vierling, Guthrie, Sosa. If Sosa is not ready, Hall. If 4 I guess they would leave Guthrie off if Sosa is ready

I take one fewer pitcher. They simply don't need all three of Nelson/Bellatti/Brogdon. If they do, they're probably cooked anyway. We don't really have a stolen base guy, so I'd take Sosa's glove (if healthy) or Hall for a situational moment

If it goes 3, I think that there will be a quick hook on Suarez at the first sign of trouble - so could be a lot of bullpen

Still think Falter is the better option with Suarez in the pen.
