Doc is going to kill this team's chances to make any kind of playoff run by constantly playing Harrell and relegating Reed to garbage minutes.

Harrell at best is marginally better on offense than Reed, but he can't play any defense.

He has to keep playing Reed, regardless of his fouls, so he can learn from those situations and how to adjust to the way the refs call fouls. Even if he fouls out, fucking let him. At least he is some kind of deterrent. Harrell just allows layups, how is that better? Rivers has to swallow hard and just let him play through it, let him be comfortable and not worry about fouls. Rivers is handling both Reed and Thybulle wrong.
