Why is Case on this team instead of Guthrie?
Why does Thomson continue to bat Schwarber 3rd? If he wants to maintain LRLR batting order. Why not lead off with Turner, then Stott, follower by Bohm, Schwarber, Castellanos, Marsh...!
Harrison might not be on the team much longer.
Cave might be on a short leash as well.
I don't understand the love for Guthrie. He's a AAAA player- at best.
Please don't even suggest Kingery.
I agree Bohm should move up and Schwarber and Castellanos should move down.
Where is Castellanos' power?

Problem is there are zero replacements for Cave & Harrison at this point, especially if you're not a Guthrie fan.
You'd just be trading a potentially useful farm arm for a bat that you hope is incrementally better than Cave or Harrison.
The time to bolster the depth was the offseason.

Interesting that they chose not to give Dominguez a pressure-free inning today.
Especially given that they shouldn't really use him in a tight spot for the time being.

We're currently only 3 games out of the final wild-card spot, which is now held by the ... Pittsburgh Pirates.

If season ended today, Phillies, Dodgers, Padres and Cardinals would all miss the playoffs.

Stott leading off is working.

Castellanos power is the least of the Phillies worries at this point.

Phils need to hold it together till Haprer and Suarez return which looks like it may be sooner than later.

My biggest concern is Dominguez.
If his problem is physical, we don't have the depth to replace him like the Mets did with Diaz.

It would kind of double-down on what a blunder Kimbrel was.
