Well, the Eagles didn't win the Super Bowl - but they are winning the draft grade awards....

I'm sorry. I'm not buying this. The Eagles still have the cap space to add June 1st vets. There could be a deal with AZ for Budda Baker.

It's the Eagles and it's the Chiefs. The Bengals and Bills are solidly behind them. The Eagles were the best regular season team in the NFL. No one has done anything to significantly change their roster. The Eagles, arguably, got better.
I think we're only slightly disagreeing, but mostly saying the same thing.
Yes, the Chiefs are the best team in the AFC, but the Bills and especially the Bengals are very very good. Better, I think than the #2 team in the NFC.
On paper, the Eagles have the most talent.

I'm expecting the Bills to fall off their recent levels, they've lost too much, the Bengals could see the same fate.

I just see the Eagles and Chiefs as ascending. They've both got young talent that is getting better.

Something must be wrong with Swift. Why would the Lions need to replace him so soon.
Dude. They don't want to pay him. It's like Sanders with the Eagles. Nothing was wrong with him. The Lions drafted Gibbs at 12 to replace him.
Okay just like Sanders some durability concerns and no desire to pay him the big contract. Since he only has one year left on his contract it will remain to be seen if the Eagles can get another contract out of Swift.

Swift's motivations will be have a big year so he can get paid on his contract (not with the Eagles) and maybe win a Super Bowl ring while he's doing it.

The team and player are perfectly aware that they're using each to reach goals, not all of which are mutual.

Swift should be stoked to get the ball behind this line and in this offense.
