2.5 ahead of Cubs, who already won today.

5-game lead for the last wild card, because everyone else farted around this week while we lost 3 in a row.

Big win - good to see Jose bounce back and Kimbrel not be a disaster.

Magic # = 21; could be 20 if the Dbacks lose (down early)

This team's ability to come back is remarkable, but they need to find a way to start getting out to some leads. It's a tough way to play against these top teams.

Very satisfying win.

It's weird how a pitcher giving up HRs makes you feel about him. Suarez have up 2 HRs, but generally pitched well in his 1st start after the IL.

It wasn't like when Nola gives up HRs but then bleeds runs, Suarez kept them in the game then Hoffman did a great job shutting them down until the Phillies could come back.

Phillies have not been great in recent years in finding under the radar players to contribute. When they signed Hoffman, we all snickered at his career stats, but he was a great pick-up

Now a 4 way tie for 3rd WC. Giants play the Cubs starting tomorrow.

Cubs next 7 games are Giants & Diamondbacks. They could pretty much punch their ticket if they do really well
