They’re just not a good ball club. Not enough clutch players.
Topper is not an aggressive manager. It’s his personality. There are times when a manager needs to push the envelope to try to make things happen but Topper doesn’t do that. Hit and run; squeeze in runs; nope, not doing it. Lay back and play for the long ball.
