Watching these playoff games makes me depressed at how far this team has fallen and how far there is to go to get back to this level.

Just embarrassing what ownership and management has done to this team.

Not surprising that Flyers choose to not bring back interim coach Mike Yeo. He may remain with the team in some capacity. Poor guy was in a no-win situation, inheriting an injured and under-performing roster.

Six coaches in the last 9 years tells you all you need to know about this organization.

Fletcher embarrassed himself yesterday, the Flyers' organization embarrassed itself, while depressing and angering the fanbase.

Never in 55 years has this organization been so out of touch with the fanbase, hell, with reality, itself.

This is the doing of Bob Clarke and Paul Holmgren. Clarke was proactive in backing Fletcher because it protects him and his position, always his prime directive since Lindros. Clarke and Holmgren were responsible for Hextall leaving way before the rebuild was finished and hiring their clone, Fletcher, who did a shit job in Minnesota & left them in the exact same position the Flyers are in, now.

Kudos to Yeo for trying to make the most out of this heaping pile. I'd much rather see him train the kids up in Lehigh than the horribly unqualified Lappy. Get someone up there who knows how to develop.

Fire Yeo into the sun. Get all of these old boy losers away from the organization.

My buddy is a big Islanders fan and he has no idea what the hell happened. There has to be more to the story than this. How is one of the best coaches in the NHL available right now?
