another brilliant move by Giardi....Inherited runners always score it seems.

Looks like another game in which they will lose a game that they held the lead in.

The bullpen being terrible has been standard operating procedure for the past couple of seasons. I'm not sure why you are always so surprised when they perform poorly and allow inherited runners.
But here is the thing.....this last inning shows you WTF this team is all about. You have runners on 2nd and 3rd no outs and bases loaded 1 out and you only get 1 run. Meanwhile the Giants capitalize on that situation.

Every move Giardi makes seems to blow up

Get rid of Nelson....that is 3 balls that got fucking hammered there that inning.

Meanwhile, the Phils will probably not even score 3 runs in this game, so....game over???

If laboring through 4+ is going to be the norm for Ranger they should consider a move back to the pen

Girardi sucks and he should be fired, but the roster of this team has been poorly structured. No true leadoff hitter, piss poor defensive players across the board, and a lot of hope resting on some over the hill pitchers.

For the past couple of seasons, the team as a whole goes into extended funks on offense. The Phillies are the very definition of boom of bust.

Why you get so worked over them, I'll never understand. The Phils are likely going nowhere this season, just as many predicted.

Too much offensive talent to say that! Poorly constructed yes, but the Harper injury really has hurt their flexibility. And for me, I am a disabled/retired Vet that can no longer work....so this is my passion. I am fully engaged on the Eagles Phillies and Sixers...sorry!

I'd suggest finding a new, less stressful, passion :)
