Carrying Marsh, Pache, Cave & Wilson gives Phillies ability to use 3 or 4 guys in that spot in same game to match up LH or RH, if they choose
Could see a situation where Pache faces Luzardo 2x, Marsh enters vs. RH, then perhaps Wilson used late if LH comes up in that spot again

Not a fan of starting Pache - rather take my chances with Marsh
Hopefully Pache will get a big hit tonight and I'll have egg on my face, but he was dreadful in Sept
