I fail to understand the pitch sequence to Casali....you get him to bite on a slider out of the zone and then you throw 2 more sliders out of the zone he does not chase and then you come back with ANOTHER slider that hangs...I just dont get that

It's Andrew Bellatti. A 30 year old reliever with just 40 innings pitched in the majors. Should give you an idea as to the quality.

To be fair, in his 8-year career, Knebel's only topped 20 saves once. He had two strong seasons. The rest were just meh. He's not a traditional closer with a history of finishing games. Phils took a shot and hoped.
