Pache & Harrison to the IL
Rojas & Ellis to the big leagues

Kingery just has the wrong position flexibility for what's needed this year.

Really interesting on the Rojas call-up.
He's really high on the list of folks who could get traded at the deadline.
Bring him up lets:
-- the Phillies' MLB coaching staff see him in person and potentially weigh on the wisdom of trading him
-- other teams' scouts see how close Rojas might be to playing in the big leagues

Pache's injury is "right elbow irritation"

Understood, but Ellis is not a good utility player. Kingery will get a chance somewhere next year

Kingery will be fine somewhere we he can play a lot of 2B and SS.
That's just not a need for the Phillies at the moment.

Phillies need to improve their offense - playing Ellis, Harrison, Sosa, Rojas won't help with that. Will Kingery - odds are no, but still worth a shot
Play him in LF or 2B against LH pitchers

Reportedly bringing up Rojas from AA
Doesn't make a lot of sense
Showcase?

I did not know that Pache was going on the IL - so now it makes sense.

The Phillies are now 26-11 with Kyle Schwarber batting leadoff since moving him there on June 2nd.
During that time he’s slugging .516 with an .833 OPS and 12 homers.
