The end-of-season Eagles weren't in a position to beat the Washington Federals or Pittsburgh Maulers, let alone the 49ers.

i was going to say it was an eagles level choke job but campbell lost that game. idiotic decisions. there's a fine line between gutsy and stupid on some calls. his calls on 4th in the second half were just plain stupid.
