Lessons of the 21st century Super Bowls:
One of the teams is better, and it can only be destroyed if you cut off the head and put a stake through the heart by playing smartly and aggressively for 60 minutes. Otherwise it will rise from the dead and defeat you. Only Doug Pederson and Steve Spagnuolo seem to have understood this lesson.

*-exceptions include Buffalo Bills losses
Steve Spagnoulo was probably the teams best off season pickup.

Really???
Yup. They name the play "Corndog".

They ran in from the right, then the left to beat the Eagles. Last night, they ran it to the right.

Put the outside man in motion, when he gets inside the TE, he plants and reverses field on the snap, the CB winds up behind the receiver in the flat.

The only thing I'll say in defense of SF falling for Corndog is that the game was already over at that point. Once they were inside the 5, KC could have beaten the 49ers 10 different ways. The game was sealed on the preceding big plays of the drive, with Mahomes' feet and Kelce.

Per my good friend in KC, 10 people shot during the course of the parade.
