If this was the 1980's or 90's, this would have been a no brainer to postpone as the Reds were coming back to Philly later on in the year. Now with the schedules so tight and you play every team, the margin for error is slim, and players will fight for their days off and wait it out.

Sucks for the fans yes, but it is what it is.
