This is crazy what Howie is doing. Eagles started out with no 4th round picks. Now they have THREE 4th round picks and THREE 5th round picks. LOL. And that's after trading up for DeJean!

Is that THREE trade downs for the Eagles in the 4th round!? Why not just stop fooling around and bring Jeremiah Trotter home with one of those picks? Might as well forget about Trotter now.

Or not.

Trotter picked by the Eagles. :D

When do we get to talk about how Roseman is DESTROYING other teams in this draft? Even Micah Parsons is "Completely disgusted" by the amount of great players the Eagles are drafting.

The consensus last year was also that the Eagles creamed the rest of the NFL in the draft and got the best players and the biggest steals. That might still end up being true of the 2023 draft.

But by the end of the 2023 season, the verdict was a lot less resounding on that draft

It will be years before we know how well Roseman did in this draft.

The Parsons stuff is hilarious, though.
He wants to be an Eagle more than Mike Trout wanted to be a Phillie.

And Dallas just puts up with it! Can you imagine if there was an Eagles standout who was a Texas Longhorns grad, and all he did was fawn over the Cowboys?

We won't know results for years, as Christopher said, but from what he's done, Roseman looks like he's done a nice job addressing some need areas with skill and providing depth, including DeJean getting a look as a safety.

Gotta put in a plug here from the "real life" situation.

If you want a player to cheer for that's not an Eagle, one of my former students Ja'Mion Franklin from Duke (and formerly Notre Dame) is signing as a UDFA with the Ravens.

Crazy to think that I actually know a player who will be attending rookie minicamps with an NFL team this year.
