That was FUN!!!

Embiid started out 1-5, wound up 10-18.

Amazing.

I was impressed.

I especially appreciate Harden's ability to let the game come to him. He didn't force it, he did damage late in the clock and he was a big part of keeping the ball moving. The pace and sharpness of his passes inspired his teammates to do the same.

Think long term Tobias is gonna benefit a lot from Harden.

He is gonna in a way be forced to be a more decisive 3 pt shooter. Less of the dribbling around going nowhere stuff. Even when he drives he’ll be able to against moving defenses as they scramble and Harden finds him.

Also removes a lot pressure on him and hopefully focuses on playing D. He was pretty good last year, and that version helps a lot.

Also felt the pace was way better?

In the past, a down game by Joel meant an auto loss, which he had quite a few in the Toronto and Atlanta series.

Don't feel that is the case any longer. And that's huge when trying to win a 7 game series.

The offense flowed exactly how it needs to flow, with a guard that can attract enough attention to let your all world big man eat.

Agree with stack- no way Tobias is that bad most nights, and you still won by 30. Competition will get harder, but it looked like a totally different, professional team out there with Harden.

With Harden, Harris isn't forced to be the iso option, he doesn't have to create offense for himself and others. Harden takes over that role. Harris can take advantage of both Embiid and Harden's gravity, same as Maxey did. Maxey's speed is devastating when teams hedge toward a Harden dribble drive and if Embiid is on the opposite wing, there's no chance for shot blockers to get to him or Harris.

One game obviously, but if Maxey due to Harden's presence develops into the "3rd" guy that would be big
