The Embiid-Harden Era Begins.

Sam Hinkie's plan, fully realized.

I think they're gonna need Green's spot up corner/wing 3s to open up the lane for Harden. I want to start Thybulle, but he's regressed as a shooter. Both him and Korkmaz have taken a step back in their own ways. We'll see, maybe Doc tries Thybulle for some athleticism and wing D, hoping Maxey can take those 3s. Maxey is hitting 63% on corner 3s, by the way.

I still think, for this season and postseason, it might be better to focus on Maxey leading the second team offense, rather than getting significant minutes when Harden is also on the floor. There will be times when you DO want your best five guys on the court, for sure. But be strategic about those. I just think bench scoring is going to be a big problem with this team in big games, and it will be interesting see of Doc's rotations

This is the most excited I have been in long time to watch the Sixers. I was not a fan of having Harden come, because I thought we would be losing Maxey and or Thybulle...given that we didn't have to, I am fully on board.

I am very curious to see what River's rotations will be. Given that he has been hurt, I could see Harden getting 6-7 minutes then sitting, but that will allow him and Toby to be part of the 2nd unit.
