Seriously tired of veteran defensemen trying to do other people's jobs rather than their own and leaving their side so the weakside is wide open. It cost them the game vs the Oilers, now it cost them a goal vs the Canucks.
You can't have both defensemen on the same side of the net, especially with one below the goal line.

1st home game after a long WC trip, had to figure this was gonna be a sloppy one, and here we are.
Another quick goal after giving one up.
3-0.
The Flyers were not able to fly into Philly until Friday, they lose 3 hours traveling cross country and have to play the very next day. Brutal.

I really haven't been keeping up with this team, were they actually supposed to be decent this year? 5 games into the season and already dead last in the division? Is our #1 goalie Ersson or Fedotov, because I really can't tell.

They'll be a little better. The 4 games on the road out west killed them out of the gate. Gonna take a little while before they find their groove.
They should be in the mix for a playoff spot come late March.
