Very interesting game today...pretty much the starting lineup we might see this year. 6 up 6 down so far...lol.

Awesome DP in the top of the 3rd, one of the best defensive plays you will ever see by Didi

Defense leads to offense as Segura hits a HR to lead off the bottom of the 3rd

It's early, but there's reason to be super-excited about this deep mix of professional-hitter veterans and kids who are motivated to succeed and will be in a position where other team's pitchers have to go after them because there are no holes in the lineup.

In general, it will be interesting to see how long-time NL starting pitchers fare this year. There's an inherent strategy in going at a lineup when you know you can get out of trouble with most team's 7-8-9 guys. With the DH, on teams that spend to have deep lineups, that strategy won't work most of the time.

Nicky 1st pitch swinging picks up Rhys and Bryce with an RBI single to left. This lineup could be a TON of fun

I have watched most of Moniak's at bats this last week...this is not the same kid we saw for the last 2 years....He is on the ball and hitting it with some serious authority. Baseball is a sport that your get what you earn, and Mickey is earning his spot to put up a serious challenge to be the full time CFer with Vierling.

Eflin out after 50 pitches....impressive outing for him. Should be up to 60 for next start and then 75 or so for his first start of the year. Pretty awesome considering some thought he would not be ready until May.

Yankees bring in a LHP to face Stott and he promptly lines a double to left field
