For those in the Philly area, game is only available through streaming. Not on regular tv

Read an article today about how Gabe and the Giants came up with their match ups last year based on charting swing paths against certain pitch shapes and how that was key in beating their projected numbers last year and was depressed again thinking how we missed out on having cutting edge stuff in this organization so we could give the job to a guy who thinks double switching is the pinnacle of strategy and thinks career well below average numbers against RHP are ideal platoon options just because they stand on the opposite side of the plate. Shame.

All those dopes who just criticized Kapler and were thrilled when he was fired, will never get it

He was a terrible Manager here,as was Francona..A lot of first time Managers struggle.
Let’s not act as though he was anywhere near what he later became in SF,as did Tito in action.Cleveland

Well - when you solely judge a manager by wins and losses, that would be the opinion one would come to

A lot easier to be a "good" or "bad" manager based on the quality of your roster

Gabe was fine here and was just made a scapegoat by Klentak so that he could save his job

2019 Phillies

Efllin was their 2nd best starter

Hard to win when you have garbage starting pitching
