The extension kicks in after this season...So Eagles have for 5 years. He is young, so there's that

With the moves to get White and Reddick, and drafting Davis, it's pretty clear they're moving to a base 3-4. That would make sense retaining Barnett who can play DE in a 3-4.

They also made it CLEAR that they believe in Jalen Hurts because they went and got his man at WR.

Now we just traded for AJ Brown 18 and our 3rd round pick 101...ugh. Brown is good, but already bitching about wanting gazzillions of $$$.

Not sure about this...someone talk me off the ledge.

we have now traded 5 our 10 pics. We get a part time DL and a diva WR.
This is dumb.

They are literally at checkmate on impact WR’s, too. Total whiff of an off-season by Howie

Or for a better QB next year. I still think Hurts has too much of a run first mentality and lacks the deep ball arm strength.

Yeah I think that is correct. Fletch on the LDE Davis/Hargrave NT Williams/Barnett RDE

But where are the CBs and Safety? Now you probably need to draft a LB at 2...Chenal/Muma/Christian Harris

I think that's what they had to do. Despite the great trade with New Orleans, there was still never going to be enough ammo to get into the Top 3 or Top 5 for a QB next year. Eagles should be a 9-10 win team, minimum. I don't love what Saints are doing, but 8 wins isn't unreasonable for them.

Actually I think with all the money they spent, Hurts is now more then ever the QB.

They have to give Hurts a shot with weapons. Hopefully he can elevate to the level needed
