I'd love to see Howie trade down to somehow acquire an early 2nd. Eagles don't like drafting LBs in the first and that's fine. But Leo Chanel would be a major disruptor and huge tackle-finisher which is heavily needed. I've got him only a few slots behind Dean & Lloyd - just barely. He's also proven to play well in sloppy cold weather.

I mean, trading the 15 or 18 down to the mid-20s could bring somebody like Lewis Cine (who I believe is just a step below Hamilton without losing assets to acquire him).

Something like best-available WR/DE/CB at 15/18 (whichever hasn't been moved) along with players like Cine & Chanel gives this team no-doubt day-1 starters while acquiring capital for a much better QB class next year. This gives the Eagles a full year to see what Jalen can do and assess things for next offseason. IF Jalen rocks, that's the perfect storm. IF not, the Birds would likely be in the best position to draft the best QB on the board with multiple 1s & 2s.

Eagles moving into the top 10 seems to be what Howie wants to do

I would not do that. This is a deep draft where there will be pro-bowlers in the 2nd round. Trading up loses draft capital for one small piece. This team needs multiple pieces. I like the idea if a true legend is out there, but if not - stay or move down is my best hope.

I saw a mock today with Stingley going 3rd
So Stingley ahead of one of Hutchinson Thibidoux or Gardner... LOL
Actually 2 of as he did go 3

There's a reason we got additional picks, because a pick this year is worth more than an undetermined pick next year. The Saints improve their club this year and Eagles don't. If they wanted to trade 15 for a 1st next year, there would be 30 clubs ready to do it.
Where do you come up with you stuff? A first this year PLUS a first NEXT year PLUS a future 2nd, PLUS an additional 3rd this year. At least get it correct!

Eagles should draft offense. Don’t really like Davis so rather take whatever WR they like and then move back. The top 5 went as poorly as possible if even thinking of trading up

He won’t be. He won’t get past MN and I think Cine is very close
