HUGE early season game. Can not have a let down today. MUST get Rhys going, I know he got some hits the other day, but his mechanics at the plate are all fucked up. He must be up the middle to RCF to get himself right, every pitch is being surrounded right now. I know a LHP is going, but why are we taking Herrera out of the lineup? Hopefully Roman can get on base a couple of times.

I've said it before, I dont like how Joe sets up this lineup, Segura is not a leadoff hitter, he just does not see enough pitches and Hoskins as a 2 hole hitter is just wrong. Put Rhys down in the lineup and let him relax.

Need to be patient with this guy today, he will walk you. In his last start, he dominated the Tigers, but prior to that he was wild and was hit around.

Proving my point right away. Segura first pitch of the game swinging and then Hoskins with another UGLY fucking atbat.

That is totally on Segura, you have to see pitches to lead off a game...then perhaps Hoskins actually swings at that first pitch that was right down the middle instead of watching it.

That is just an unacceptable at bat by Vieling there. Bohm did his job, put the ball in play and you got a run. With JTs good baserunning, you have another opportunity to get a cheap run...they had the infield in, enhancing your chance to get a hit. Just can not not swing there

well that didn't age well. Lead off triple. And that makes Vielings at bat all that much worse
