That is an absolutely horrific at bat by Bohm....You have a pitcher that can not throw a strike and you are ahead of the count 1-0 then you chase 3 straight sliders out of the zone....you have to be waiting to see a strike there giving the dudes command issues. Plain fucking stupid.

And now Bryce is doing the same damn thing. Swing fastball on the first pitch when there was zero chance of that and then you swing at shit in the dirt. This is the lack of plate discipline that is killing this team. Bryce ends up rolling over and grounds out to first, but he put himself in a hole there. You can not let a team off the hook after a lead off walk and the Phils did just that
