Anyone?
They have a Manco & Manco pizza there now
Were you watching the game with the shot of the kid eating pizza? I knew about Manco but didn't think they made square pie, least of all that well done.

That was ridiculously good looking.

All of us have a bias to home grown players and at times over rate their chances

Phils have a bad minor league system due to years of bad drafting, development, and lack of success with foreign players. Hopefully Painter & Abel develop into top of the rotation starters

They can keep spending, but other than a 1993 type one off season, there remains little hope until they improve the pipeline
Big difference between Moniak and Bohm. Moniak was a baby and no one truly thought he was a typical #1 pick. Bohm was a sure fire pick that everyone thought he would be an impact bat at the major league level
Look back at the 2016-2018 drafts; so far very few hitters taken high have amounted to much. It is a crap shoot. Very few MLB draft picks are really sure fire

As for 2018
Joey Bart taken 2nd is a PT player for the Giants because he hasn't hit
Nick Madrigal taken 4th has a .491 OPS

I have the game on my computer, but not watching every pitch (listening). There is also a Neighborhood Pizza at the park - so maybe it was from them

Were you still in the Philly area when Santucci's started, they had a square pie?

I think it is only going to get harder to find talent in sports...the Video games/Social media stuff has taken our youth off the fields...especially baseball IMO...Good reason the foreign markets will be important

Baseball has always been hard, especially if they are projecting a HS kid

Football & Basketball are less of a crapshoot, since they are playing against college kids

OMG, how can you hit when you have no idea what is a strike or not. Umps like this have to be fired or demoted, you can not miss that many pitches, I would say he has already missed 8-10 pitches.
