May be one of those guys thriving in the anonymity of Cincy, but not cut out for the big time pressure of the passionate environment of Philly,New York,Bosto, etc

He thrived on a 2019 Cubs team battling for a playoff spot and has been in the playoffs with the Tigers and Reds. I wouldn't rule out that he can figure it out.

He was maybe their most consistent hitter, least prone to wild swings. And his presence meant far fewer at bats to expose Stott, Bohm, Gregorious, Camargo, etc. You just can't have all these guys in the lineup at once. Alongside whatever center fielder has to be plugged into the #9 hole.

Michael Taylor, two starting pitchers and the expected return of Segura in 10-12 days, and maybe we can stay afloat
Bohm has been the best hitting Philly in the last 30 games. It's a shame he doesn't play defense better. He should be hitting 3rd.

Stubbs continues to outperform Realmuto, .281 BA, .890 OPS.

Gregorious worst bat in the lineup, bar none.
Shame Stubbs couldn't come through, looking for a big swing instead of a single, which is the problem too often on this team

It doesn't seem like the former Nats hitting coach has been able to beat that need to swing for the fences out of this roster.

There is too little situational hitting, too much hero ball in RBI situations.

The lineup is a mess. No reliable table setters. DD needs to make some major moves to get balance in the order. Trade Hoskins and perhaps JT. It might tick off Harper but big moves need to be made.
