DeGrom is monstrously dominant when healthy

7 more outs against Mets bullpen to make something happen. At least 3 of that will be Diaz, who's as tough as DeGrom

If we were to rank the best starting pitchers of the past 40 years, other than Pedro, not sure there is anyone else I would consider to be better than him. I know cases could be made for Johnson & Maddux, but DeGrom is better,

He's going to be one of the craziest HOF cases of all time. He came into today with 78 career wins. That's not the whole ballgame for Cooperstown of course, but it's going to be a fascinating conversation. (I'd put him in, guessing he finishes with 110-115 wins)

Probably Ottavino in the 8th. Diaz doesn't go 2 innings. Gotta scratch out a run.

A HOFer to me is someone who was elite for at least 5-10 years. Too many stat accumulators in the HOF'
