Easy to imagine that failing to score there will come back to haunt them
It is the same every game - started on the west coast trip. They were just able to survive it against the Nats/Marlins
Suarez might give them 6 decent; but innings 7-9 (outside of Alvarado's) will be a disaster if the Braves need runs to win

There is no scenario in which Phillies bullpen can be effective without Dominguez.
If they want any hope, they need to think of something crazy & outside the box. Falter for the late innings?

Need Falter for the rotation. They need 6 starters next week
Try one of these options
Eflin
McGarry
Painter/Abel
Chistopher
Joe Table

Painter and Abel aren't happening.
McGarry is probably a long shot and only if someone goes down
Wheeler
Nola
Suarez
Thor
Gibson
Sanchez
Eflin
That's 7 starters. Two of them can piggyback and you still have 6.
I'd take Falter to the pen. Dominguez is not healthy and Robertson is running on fumes.

If he keeps this pitch count, maybe can get 7+ from Suarez tonight

Yeah the ump sucks, but Hoskins doesn't get a hit if Guthrie is on base
Just a pathetic team

When Suarez hits that wall it is not pretty
Problem is the bullpen is a disaster
Death by hanging or by electric chair

Well he got out of it, but 3 innings of bullpen and a 1 run lead
yikes

Harper really has been awful. Needs to and watch
10 strikeouts for this woeful offense

Maybe Eflin will become the bridge guy, per our conversation. Or at least try
