And now we see EXACTLY why Bob Clarke jumped out unprompted to attack Ron Hextall. As I said, he was protecting Fletcher, himself and that entire braintrust that has once again run the team into the ground. Hextall, rightly, didn't want to have these same people in the decision loop and that's exactly what Clarke bitched about when he said Hextall locked his door.
