Ultimately I have 2 thoughts:
1. Even when things were bad, I was always heartened by the reality that Milwaukee is extremely mediocre. That played out.
2. What ultimately saved Phillies season was that four-game split with the extremely great World Champion Braves. If Phillies lose 3 or 4 that series, well, we know
I had said a few weeks ago that it was more about how many the Brewers lost than how many the Phils won. I just thought, wrongly, that the Brewers would win a lot more than they have so far.
Magic # went from 9 to 1 in a week thanks to 5 Brewer losses, 3 Phillies wins

With the pitching matchups Tues/Weds - Phils really need to win tomorrow night or we could get very nervous again
Can't assume a Brewers loss, Phils and Nola need to step up and find a way to win

Braves knock out Bassitt in the 3rd, now up 4-3. If they win, they sweep the series and the Mets who led almost all season, most likely will be a wild card
Mets had Scherzer, DeGrom and Bassitt for these 3 games
