MLB has named Andrew Painter as the Pipeline Pitcher of the Year for 2022.

No one is going to give him a multi year deal. Phils should offer 1/7 as a reliever

We can agree to disagree. I think he gets a good salary for 2023 and maybe a mutual option for 2024
