Falter will have one inning today. He’s probably on NLWCS roster as a reliever. Sosa will have another workout in Philly today. Still a chance he’s on roster, but not certain. Brad Hand threw to hitters, felt good, trending toward being on roster.

Everyone is jumping at the ball. Everyone is way out front, just topping the ball to infielders, usually pull side. No one stays back on the ball, everyone is swinging out of the zone, chasing garbage. Batheads are just flying out.

Of course, if they had won a single stinking game against the Cubs, this drama would have been moot
