Look at the skill on display at the swing positions and up and down this Warriors' lineup. They're even missing their 2nd best player.

One player doesn't fix what's wrong. It does show how much Ben Simmons covered the ugly warts on this team.

Unless the return is Lillard for Ben this is a play in game team as constructed.
It partially on Glenn Rivers, his offense is stupid. Everyone stand at the 3 point line and pass the ball around till there is 5 seconds left on the shot clock and then force a shot up before the clock goes off or they do have a violation.

When they attack early, they are normally successful.

Where the fuck is Seth Curry tonight or any of the 3 point shooters? Toby with another ho hum game, nothing that says star
I mean they stand around because they have to. The only person that can create a shot for himself consistently is Joel Embiid. And might be the only one capable of creating a shot for anyone else.

Another thing.

What team in the league asks their best player to be their best offensive player and defensive player? Like Embiid has offensive games where his shots look short, so much it has to be the energy he is being asked to exert on both ends at 270 pounds.

I think Daryl Morey just isn’t looking at the Ben trade here.

Could see Danny, and Tobias potentially going, as well as a Ben trade.

They also are full of 1 dimensional players.

Curry - can shoot; that’s it
Thybulle - defends; a total zero on offense
Tobias - uhh? Take tough contested 2s?; doesn’t rebound or defend well
Korkmaz - shoots well when on; okay passer; Redick level defender.

Tobias Harris might be the worst contract in a league full of bad contracts.

I mean just one of the worst decisions the Sixers have made in a long time.

who and why would anyone trade for Toby or Danny Green? They are nice pieces, but pieces only. Toby is a good player, not a star and not a superstar. Green is a guy who can hit an occassional 3 but only if he is in the corner

A playoff team might take Green. Only the first year of the 2/20 is guaranteed, it’s a decent contract. A team might want a volume 3 pt shooter who has been through the playoffs as a pretty cheap contract.

Do you remember what I said when trading Simmons became an issue? Trade Ben, prepare to completely overhaul the roster.

Even with Ben, the roster needed help, but without him, they're a 6, 7 seed.

Warriors had 3 consecutive turnovers and the Sixers got zero points out of it.
