Need to update the Braves starter.
Strider is starting game 3. Morton is starting game 4.
Strider has owned the Phils this year. Hopefully, the layoff from his injury and the crowd get to him a bit.

This is a HUGE opportunity, and I think (knock on wood) that it's a mistake by the Braves.
If Nola can be Nola tonight and beat Strider, then I think we can knock Morton around on Saturday and win the series. My optimistic operative assumption -- which could be wholly wrong -- is that we can beat Morton.

Strider will likely go 2-3 innings. He has thrown off a mound just twice in the past 26 days. The Braves will tax their pen while playing what could be the first of three straight days. But the pen is fresh coming off yesterday’s offday.

Huh. not sure about this strategy from the Braves. Essentially a bullpen type game from them with MOrton tomorrow?

been watching clips from 07-11. This crowd is different from any playoff baseball crowd. obviously biased but we live and die with almost every pitch. Watch the Myers walk again.

Falter probably the better option than Gibson.

Yeah, I really don't get any of it. Obviously, you make these decisions one game at a time. Even if Thomson prefers to hold onto Falter (over Suarez) for Game 5, then you still go with Thor Saturday
