Interesting thoughts from everyone on the offseason. I'll save mine until Monday, whether we have 1 game this weekend or 2.
We've earned the "luxury" of the shortest hot stove in MLB.
By Monday, we'll already be under 100 days until pitchers and catchers report.

One question that I have is what will be the recovery time for Bryce's surgery? Will he be ready by opening day?

Well that's a whole other point. In addition to Bryce, I think that Phillies are going to have to be very proactive about a lot of workload questions. They've played 17/18 more games -- with their top guys -- more than most teams. I think they need a offseason plan that incorporates things like reducing pitchers' workload in the first half of a 2023 (six-man rotation for awhile?) ... and definitely giving Realmuto more days that he's not behind the plate, which could factor into their 1B/DH decisions. ... The aim next year is that they want to play in another 3-4 series in October 2023, so things need to build toward that.

Home plate ump just gave Schwarber a break because the check swing wasn't a swing.
