Yesterday one of the Philly radio hosts posed the question is it time to consider trading Embid because of his missing games because of injury. I hope that host saw this game tonight.
Sounds like those jackasses on Ritchie and Decamera.
Yeah it does sound like them. But now that I'm remembering, it was 97.5's Bob Cooney (on Saturday not yesterday). Here is a related twitter thread...

That’s bad too though Bob

Always have to look ahead. Not saying to move on from him, but they have to know what the plan is moving forward with him. Do they know how to build around him?

You don’t consider or think about trading Embiid until AFTER you seen the team post Simmons trade. Way premature in December at 15-15 with a max slot dormant
Bob Cooney @BobCooney76
I’m not considering it. I’m saying to keep an open mind and I’ve said repeatedly to try to get pieces for Simmons that compliment Embiid. I’m worried that front office doesn’t know how to build around him, that his availability hinders his ability.

We just disagree. If a team calls the Sixers with a player who is better like say Luka, fine. I think it’s insane to think of shopping him before we know the Simmons outcome. Literally crazy
Tyrone Johnson @TyJohnsonNews
And Luka because of age and position, he is probably not better
Bob Cooney @BobCBobCooneyooney76
Ty. We aren’t disagreeing. I’m not saying to shop him. I’m saying if you can’t figure out how to build around him, which they haven’t done, you better have another plan. Otherwise you’re wasting a superstar
