Eagles draft 10th and hopefully 31st

Texans complete a hail mary and give the Bears the 1st pick
I would expect the Bears will trade that pick for a haul

Eagles losing the Saints probably cost them 2 spots

1) Bears
2) Texans
3) Cardinals
4) Colts
5) Seahawks (via DEN)
6) Lions (via LAR)
7) Raiders
8) Falcons
9) Panthers
10) Eagles (via NO)
11) Titans
12) Texans (via CLE)
13) Jets
14) Patriots

Going to be an outstanding player available for whichever line the Eagles want to bolster. And if there's a must-have guy for Philly, the cost of getting to, say, #7/#8 would be pricey but not prohibitive. Falcons and Raiders are two teams that would probably prefer an extra pick over a specific guy. Might take that late second-rounder to drop down 2-3 spots.

DE is my first choice - but I'll be ok with an OL

I think that trading down is more likely than up

If we assume that 3 QB's will go in the Top 9 (Young, Stroud, Levis) that gives the Eagles a shot at a top CB like Ringo, OL like Skoronski, or if 3 QB's don't go before 10, it gives the Eagles a great chance to trade down.
