Yes it ignores the fact that the Eagles found a way to score 31 points on the NFL's #1 defense. My guess if Purdy stayed healthy
the Eagles still win like 31 to 21. The Eagles pass rush was able to get Purdy and would have kept harassing him.

Even if:
-- Non-catch is ruled a non-catch
-- Purdy plays whole game
-- Josh Johnson fumble doesn't happen

Eagles win 20-10 or something like that.

Looking back, the oddsmakers were way off on this game. SF too banged up and too lacking weapons.

Eagles lost the 2003 NFC Championship and 2019 WC games after losing their QBs

It sucks when it happens, but we have been on the crappy side of it too

That rumor is out there.

Brady is a shell of what he was, but if the Niners could almost go to a SB with Brock Purdy, going in that direction seems plausible
