It's unbelievable that that's even possible, but it's not a surprise with Harrell.

You think it's the opponent? I get the Magic is a subpar team, but it seems like the Sixers can't get motivated to play the worse teams that they should squash.

It's the TYPE of team that gives them issues.

Long, hyper athletic teams, regardless of record, give the 76ers fits. The 76ers are short, slow and lack overall athleticism at G & F. Teams with multiple dribble drive threats who can shoot hurt them. The Celtics are the top of that food chain, teams like the Magic are at the bottom, but they still cause problems.

Ultimately, it's the Magic's inexperience and inconsistency that allows the 76ers to win more of those than they lose. It's just extremely painful basketball to watch.

"Veteranness" means more in the NBA than in any other professional sports league and the 76ers benefit from that. Having Embiid is a great equalizer but he can't play 48mins or every game.

Ultimately, you're looking at the reason the 76ers can't get by the 2nd round,. especially when it's the Celtics standing in the way. They could beat the Bucks in a best of 7, but they'd struggle vs the Cavs & Celtics. Why? Length and athleticism.
