had mixed feelings about Rhys but he was productive and will leave a hole. he had issues on defense as everyone knows and ironically got hurt b/c he didnt cleanly field a rather routine ground ball.

Well, shit.
First, hope Hoskins in OK.
One thing at a time, and let's see what's up.

We have a major problem from the right side if Castellanos can't be productive. And we must give Realmuto regular off days in the first half. Maybe be time to see if Bohm can handle more pressure at-bats.

Something like:

OPTION 1
C Realmuto
1B Hall
2B Stott
SS Turner
3B Bohm
LF Cave/Guthrie
CF Marsh
RF Castellanos
DH Schwarber

OPTION 2 (probably not ideal)
Bohm at 1B, Sosa at 3B

fingers crossed

Rob Thomson on the NBC Sports Philadelphia: "It's concerning. I'm not sure what it is yet. They're checking him out now. ... He's had some knee issues in the past. Maybe it was more fear than pain. They said he was walking around in the clubhouse afterwards."

Darrick Hall show now.

I hoenstly think we're gonna be fine. Hall will be the guy, and You can use JT, and Possibly Bohm there from time to time.

Unless you want to start training Kingery.

Even if you think Hall will be solid, he was already getting 50% of the at-bats as DH, so this means more starts for whatever combination of Cave, Guthrie, Sosa, etc. Lot pressure on Bohm & Castellanos to keep this lineup solid

Maybe.

Les Bowen
@LesBowen

Of course I fervently hope Rhys Hoskins isn’t seriously injured but the “hey he’s walking in it!” takes … sigh. We all know better than this re ACLs by now. Or we should.

yeah i know but with the dramatic cart off and everything, i would think that they'd take extra precautions. you would think if they let him just walk around its not the ACL but who knows we'll see.
