Schwarber is useless with runners on. Just an automatic out

He is good at solo HRs.....

Unrelated, Harrison may be washed up - pretty useless so far

Harrison is overexposed. He was meant for 1 start a week at a variety of positions + pinch-hitting

Lots of things have gone into the 4-9 start:
-- They didn't adequately replenish depth after the Maton/Vierling trade (which I think was OK as a gamble of a trade)
-- Not bolstering depth was especially bad when they KNEW they were entering season without Harper and had a makeshift Cave/Hall plan
-- Then they did nothing to the already duct-taped roster after Hoskins was lost.
-- Kimbrel was a big mistake
-- I think there's a hangover effect from the World Baseball Classic, plus 3 starters missing all that time to jell with the roster
-- Poor job of getting the pitchers ramped up for start of season; some of which was not their fault because of how long Nola/Wheeler were extended last season

Some things can't be fixed at this point.
Don't look to Kingery for help; he's already flailing again at Triple-A
They've got to find a way to get an everyday RH first baseman as soon as reasonably possible, and then pray for Harper's return. If they care about the playoffs this year, they'll need to trade a Top 10 prospect for that first baseman.
Then, as much as I like Strahm in the the rotation, they need him as a 4-5 out reliever for late in games, with Alvarado closing.

Sorry about the GDT, folks.

Did it in a rush and left my phone at the gym after practice, overnight. Oy.

I do not think you are on the list of people who currently owe us an apology.
Certain members of the Phillies organization are far ahead of you.

WBC effect may be something. Teams with most players, Cards, Astros, Mets. All barely above .500 or below. Rays had 8 players and theyre undefeated so there's that.
