OTOH this isn't remotely the lineup we faced in the World Series.FolesMVP09 wrote: ↑Sat Apr 29, 2023 2:12 am and he is better than Bohm, whose #s have been dropping big time as he heads back to under a 700 OPS
Wish we had this Nola in the World Series...

Not impressed with Jose Abreu's .557 OPS?
Even Trea can laugh at him....

I hope the Phillies keep Harper at DH for at least a couple months and don't try to force the issue on playing the field. It's really not needed.

I know! And I advocated for him at one point, though I don't remember what my thinking was, besides getting Hoskins away from 1B lol

Yeah, at that price, it would have been a really nice get and we could have gotten him at-bats even before Hoskins went down.FolesMVP09 wrote: ↑Sat Apr 29, 2023 2:21 am Well, you also wanted Brian Aderson, who is off to a great start....
I don't really recall who I was interested in pitching-wise, besides the philosophical idea that I wanted another guy to compete for 5/6 and eat innings.
